I come to you with over 25 years’ experience in multi-family property investment and management, condominiums and associations in both urban and suburban settings. I can offer a practical, knowledgeable, and realistic approach in your search to buy, sell or invest in properties. My working background in information technology and education provide me with the collaborative and technology skills needed to market homes utilizing 21st century digital resources available through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. My ability to negotiate the best deal comes from years of personal experience in house renovations and in the classroom.
A bit about me…. I emigrated from Ireland in 1986, and have lived and worked in New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut. My family and I settled in Wilton 11 years ago, graduating two children through the Wilton public school system.
Over the years, I have been actively involved in a variety of local organizations in the surrounding community (Wilton boy scouts, Yahoos swim team, Wilton Track, WCYO (Western CT Youth Orchestra Board Member 2019-2021), Wilton Woman's Club, CAP (civil air patrol, Danbury), surrounding churches and schools.
I look forward to sharing many of these wonderful experiences with you as you make your real estate dreams a reality.
