A BRIEF BIO:
I now live with my family in Del Mar. I was born in Detroit, and then moved to La Jolla when my dad joined Scripps Clinic in 1970. My husband and I met at University of California, San Diego. Dan is now a physician and administrator at Scripps Clinic. We bought our first home in Carmel Valley 32 years ago, just in time for the arrival of our firstborn, Erik. His brother, Bryan, joined him 2 years later to complete our family. Erik and Bryan have been active students in local public schools from Del Mar Hills through Torrey Pines High School, and both attended the University of California, Berkeley. After medical school at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Erik is now very much enjoying an Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship at University of California, San Diego. Bryan is enthusiastic about his Family Medicine Residency at Albany Medical Center.
