Christina joins Compass Commercial with over twenty years of commercial real estate experience throughout the Bay Area.
Graduating from the University of San Francisco, she began her real estate career assisting Tom Coates at Marcus & Millichap then moved to Boulder, Colorado to be the leasing director of the Aspen-based real estate development company, The Siena Company. Her projects included the successful leasing of Siena Square, an award-winning Class A mixed-use historic renovation project adjacent to the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall, attracting national retail tenants, as well as overseeing the leasing of Sienna Park, an innovative office development project.
Returning to the Bay Area, she completed her Masters Degree, utilizing her strong client relationship skills as a key accounts manager in two technology companies for clients such as American Airlines, Coca-Cola, Webcor, Sam’s Walmart, and Bose Corporation.
Leaving technology and returning to her passion for commercial real estate, she joined Pacific Union for many years, continuing her love of real estate in the sales of retail, office, and apartment buildings. She builds strong, long-term client relationships and is passionate and creative about selecting the ideal investment property for her individual and corporate clients. She specializes in "off-market" properties.
Born and raised in the Dominican area of San Rafael, Christina currently lives in the Mill Valley hills, where she hikes and rides the abundant and beloved coastal trails that surround her.
