When I work with sellers I provide many services prior to putting their property on the market: current market analysis’s for their area, a walk through of their property with suggestions on the what needs to be done in order to market the property for sale, staging information when needed, and names of service providers for any improvements or repairs needed. Not only do I provide the information, but I will show up if the client is busy or cannot make an appointment. I believe in open houses and will schedule public and agent open houses if the seller desires me to do so. Whether through online advertising, social media and more, I have many ideas for marketing my properties and I am always happy to discuss them with my sellers.
Working With Buyers I enjoy working with buyers, I use the internet to help buyers preview properties, but I learn a lot about what the buyer does and does not like from showing them property myself. I have a lot of experience with first time buyers. This includes guiding them through the entire purchase process from financing thru closing. Some of my first time buyers are my best repeat clients because when we go through the process a second time, we have a level of mutual respect and comfort that has been developed over time. When people relocate to St. Louis they enjoy working with me because of my knowledge of the area as well as my expertise in school districts and the opportunities for families in the St. Louis area.
