Cathryn Schwab is awesome! She went above and beyond in being an incredible realtor in the purchase of my home. It was a bit of a stroke of luck that I came upon Cathryn. I was originally referred to another realtor agent, who wasn’t able to schedule me, but suggested to reach out to Cathryn, which I am so happy that I did. There was a home in Rhode Island that I had already found as my dream vacation home. It is a cozy home in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Cathryn quickly helped me submit an offer. Unfortunately, the offer was not accepted. Having only worked with Cathryn for a very short time, she was quick to take note of my preferences and what I was looking for in a home.
