Catalina Di Blasi is simply passionate about her work. The feeling that comes from helping her clients find the perfect home in what she feels is the perfect city, is her greatest professional motivation, satisfaction, and pride. She fell in love with Miami back in 2012 when she decided to move from Connecticut, where she had lived for 11 years. After attending Sacred Heart University in Stamford, Catalina started what went on to become a very successful career in banking, but Miami’s all year-round perfect weather, the beach, the high quality lifestyle, and especially the diversity of culture were too attractive to ignore. And in that diversity of culture is where she particularly thrives.
Having been born in Bogota and being perfectly bilingual, she enjoys the privilege of interacting with a broader pool of clients as a result.
But not only is she capable of translating languages, sometimes being able to dissect and explain the complex aspects of a negotiation into simple terms is just as important and valuable to her clients and relating to her clients is essential to her. Listening, understanding, and empathizing with their needs is, by far, her priority and main concern.
A devoted mother of two beautiful boys, Catalina manages to successfully juggle running a household, attending soccer and football practices, and performing at a high level as Executive Transaction Coordinator for the Nicolas Group, being responsible for overseeing and facilitating the step by step process from start to finish in every negotiation.
