Let me introduce myself, I’m Brok Hansmeyer. As a full-time real estate agent in the greater Duluth area for more than 15 years, I believe in giving my best effort to all of my clients, whether it’s helping a seller into the market or working with a buyer to find the perfect home or investment property. I am passionate about what I do, the level of service I provide, and most importantly, the dreams I help people fulfill with their real estate needs. Experienced in home evaluations, property renovations, and real estate negotiations, I can help you decide when to offer a little more, hold firm, or be aggressive. I am both energetic and professional, and I show each and every one of my clients total honesty, clear communication and dedication to the job. I have been recognized as Salesperson of the Month and Listing Agent of the Month for RE/MAX 1 multiple times, and was Agent of the Year in 2015. On a personal note, I have been married to my best friend Amanda for 9 years. We have three children and we love being parents! We enjoy traveling and are always planning our next trip. Getting outside is my favorite way to de-stress (even in winter!) – my current hobby is road biking.
