Born and raised on a horse ranch just southwest of Austin Texas, Brandon grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs and had the opportunity to learn about house flipping, property management, development, & homebuilding from a very young age. Brandon credits his mother Carrie (who has flipped many homes in the Austin area) for sparking his interest in Real Estate. Prior to Nashville, Brandon lived and worked in New York City for 13 years where he was the managing broker of The Knox Team at the #1 luxury real estate firm in NYC and sold over $100,000,000 in real estate during his time there. Group is a Nashville Tennessee based investment group that partners with regional builders and developers on boutique new construction projects. Specifically, the group succeeds in the land entitlement process for SP (specific plan) projects. The LLC has participated in successfully entitling projects across the metro Nashville area.
