Beth is one of the founders of the Catalyst Team at Compass, a 10-person powerhouse team servicing sellers, buyers, developers and owner portfolios. She began her New York City real estate career in 2003. Since then she has worked as an associate broker and recently spent six years creating and building the sales and development division of a boutique brokerage in Upper Manhattan. A resident of the Upper West Side and native New Yorker, she is known for her work with sellers, developers, and buyers.
With a simple philosophy that she has dubbed “couch karma,” she believes that no one engaged in a real estate transaction should ever question if they are getting the service they deserve from their broker or brokerage. The business of real estate is the business of people. Fused with an expert level of knowledge in New York City real estate, loyalty, honesty and a fierce dedication to her work, she brings a refreshing approach to the real estate process.
Beth is a member of REBNY where she served as twice-elected co-chair to the Upper Manhattan REBNY committee and is currently an executive committee member of NYRS, New York’s premiere real estate designation. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, volunteers for Broadway in Bloom through the Broadway Mall Association and avid supporter and fundraiser for Trinity Place Shelter.
