I have been helping people buy and sell properties for 18 years, since moving here with my family from Long Island, New York in 2000. Before that I first obtained 2 college degrees, one from the Fashion Institute Of Technology in New York City. That brought me the opportunity to start working in the clothing industry, which I did for 18 years, in all aspects, including the positions of retail manager, a buyer for several clothing chains, and production manager and merchandising manager of a mens and boys clothing manufacturer. I gave up my career to adopt the first of our two sons, and soon after we moved to Jacksonville. While looking for our house here the agent we used told me that she thought I would be great in real estate because of my personality, so I listened to her and have been selling and buying properties with customers since 2004. I was one of the first agents hired by my former broker without real estate experience, yet I sold $3 million in my first year. My career total has averaged approx. $4 million each year, and I have been one of the top agents every year, working with the same brokerage family the entire time, until that brokerage's transition to RE/MAX Leading Edge in March 2021. The transition also coincided with my earning the 2021 designation of Five Star: Best In Customer Satisfaction for the 12th time. It is an award that in the past few years has been given to just 2% of all Jacksonville agents. I was told that am 1 of only 12 agents In Jacksonville who have been a 12 time winner! Thus far in my first year with RE/MAX Leading Edge I have sold $3.7 million volume. I am looking forward to continued success the rest of the year and in the years to come.
