Early in my career I owned and operated a licensed mortgage brokerage agency and real estate investment firm. I have personally been involved in at least 150 real estate Investment "flips" transactions in Franklin County alone (not as a Real Estate Agent. This gives me the negotiating edge and experience needed to complete real estate Transaction timely and effectively.
I have developed a Free For Sale By Owner Program (FSBO) to invest back into the community. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of the banking and real estate industry to the general public and those looking to save money on their own real estate transaction. I have developed many FREE programs to assist consumers and business owners with enhancing their knowledge of the real estate industry.
In 1997, I introduced the FSBO program. This has been my benchmark and measurement for success to the community. I have researched several scholarly peer reviewed journals, case studies, data, interviews, empirical studies and references in real estate supporting the advantages of FSBO vs. using a real estate broker. I am an advocate about continuing education, and I am a pioneer of change agents.
