Allison was born and raised in Corona del Mar and real estate has always been part of her life. “My father worked in real estate investing and finance, so I have always been around the business,” she explained. “I remember attending open houses as a child, so a career path was shown to me very early on!” After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Pre-law from the University of Arizona, she joined Surterre Properties in Newport Beach and coordinated all advertising company-wide. She then advanced to Marketing Coordinator, where she quickly impressed fellow staff members and agents with her creativity, attention to detail, and unwavering work ethic. As Marketing Coordinator, she was the liaison between the marketing department and Surterre’s Realtors, where she was exposed to the best innovative strategies designed to help maximize the value of clients’ property. In this position, she met with top-performing agents to create advertising, marketing, and budgetary plans for their listings. As a result, she gained a highly comprehensive and multi-faceted understanding of buying and selling real estate.
In August 2015, Allison became a REALTOR® and partnered with a seasoned luxury real estate professional Tim Robertson to form the Robertson and Foster Group. Together, the team provides buyers and sellers an unmatched level of service that results in successful real estate transactions. Allison understands the nuances of the market, has a proven track record in real estate marketing and successful sales, and has a genuine love for helping clients through the sales process. Allison states, “With my deep understanding of the real estate industry and rich marketing background, I work diligently to provide my clients the highest level of customer service and representation.”
