Alexander joined - a progressive Real estate solutions company with the utmost desire to achieve exponential success as an integral part of the team. He is also one of the six professional agents at the Echea Group, an elite team lead by the duo brother and sister, Thomas and Lisa Echea. Alexander’s success in the field of Real estate can be credited to his vast knowledge of the industry and career trajectory. He began his career in 1999 working as an Underwriter Assistant for a Mortgage Insurance company. He later joined the then prestigious Liberty Mortgage in Boca Raton - the preferred lender for a national home builder, Transeastern Homes - to work as a Mortgage Processor. The process of putting together a loan file with specific credentials for buyers in high-volume for a national home builder was challenging, but Alexander mastered it all and rose to the top. He then became a Loan Officer for Liberty Mortgage and orchestrated buyer loans for several years before the market crashed in 2008. Prior to falling in love with real estate, Alexander focused his desire on becoming an E.M.T. He studied Health Sciences at Miami Medical Campus. However, as someone who loves to widen his horizon of learning; soon after the market crashed, he went back to study Visual Effects & Motion Graphics in under three years. Alexander learned how to do TV broadcast commercials using industry-standard software and equipment. He currently uses his skills to enhance his seller’s listings as a realtor. Before joining , he has worked as a real estate agent for Re/Max, Castelli Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway and has also worked for two South Florida attorneys as a paralegal. Alexander likes projecting the best in everything he does; he won the Re/Max 2017 Rising Star Award, and 100% Club in 2017 & 2018 from Re/Max. His consulting approach is shaped by his years of experience orchestrating results amid the fast-paced real estate environment and by choosing to work with the right people. A native Floridian who speaks English and Spanish fluently, Alexander is also a proud single-father to his beautiful daughter, Addison. Whenever he’s off professional duties, he loves spending quality time doing all kinds of random things with his daughter whom he calls “the love of my life.”
