Earlier in her career she managed Real Estate and Architectural departments in financial institutions on Wall Street including: Shearson Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Citibank. Ms. Stetler has been a contributor and subject of articles in such publications as Crain’s – New York Business, Globe, a Publication of American Express Bank and Who’s Who in Interior Design.

Tracey is active in philanthropic activities worldwide. Her long time drive for helping women and children in need lead multiple activities with a dozen charities including the creation of a program at the Junior League in Greenwich, CT called “PositivelyMe!, which instills character building attitudes in third grade girls. She was a speaker at the 2007 CT Business Women’s Forum presenting, “Successful Strategies in a Changing Economy”.
