Sam started his real estate career in 2015 after nearly ten years in personnel management, leading multi-million-dollar retail operations and teams of 12-18. He joined RE/MAX Gold in 2017, and formed the Olson Group in December of that year to be able to bring his broad knowledge of leasing, court procedures, and leadership to the market. In 2021, The Olson Group was named as one of the top LGBT Teams in Nevada, and earned the prestigious Titan Club award from RE/MAX LLC. Sam is a founding member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, the fastest growing LGBT real estate organization in the country, a trustee for Silver State Fair Housing Council, and serves on the Nevada REALTORS Diversity and Inclusion Committee. “It is imperative that we give back to the community that has given so much to us at every opportunity,” says Sam, and he trains his team members and partner agents to act as such.
