About Ruth McElroy My primary skill area is west of I-25, including the foothills and into South Park. I own property in these areas, live in the beautiful foothills and have owned several homes in South Park. My background in real estate is extensive. I worked in the commercial side of real estate for many years and was very successful. Subsequent to that I spend a decade flipping residential properties - buying properties at discounted prices, implementing extensive remodels and selling or holding and renting properties. My residential business consist of working with serious Sellers and Buyers of real estate and working with Investors in real estate. I love what I do and I am good at what I do. I have excellent negotiation skills, and provide a high level of service in all transactions. You will find that I am honest with my recommendations and live with a high degree of integrity.
