Her family owned an interior decorating & upholstery business and she worked there from a tender age. After college she began a 13 year career in the hospitality industry. Working for Marriott International, she honed her sales & customer service skills making that job the perfect preamble for entering the real estate industry in 2002. For Melissa, it was the perfect pairing of her fervor for architecture & design combined with sales & making people happy. Her real estate career started in “New Home Sales” with Builder/Developers in Central Florida and she excelled immediately by selling several hundred single family homes and town homes. She also learned to sell vacant land & investment properties ranging from everything from $250,000 up to $5 million. Her keen eye for design, the flow & functionality of space, coupled with her wealth of construction knowledge have played an integral part of bringing her clients’ vision to life.
