About Kris Kerr Kris Kerr knows the importance of customer service. Every client is significant, no matter how big or small, and Kris strives to make sure each client receives excellent service as they buy or sell their home. She has lived in Denver for over 12 years and has a thorough knowledge of Denver communities, neighborhoods and schools. Kris and her family have moved frequently because of job relocation and Kris understands the challenges of moving to a new city or leaving your home for new opportunities. Passionate about real estate, Kris would love to help you find a new home and/or help you sell your current home!Prior to Kris’ career in real estate, she was one of the owners of Ad-In, The Tennis Shop at Greenwood Tennis Center. She has also managed special events and served as a volunteer liaison for the American Diabetes Association, managed public policy conferences for members of Congress, and was a sales associate for Pottery Barn. Agent Awards Kris graduated from Westover School in Middlebury, Connecticut and received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia.
