I have actively been in the real estate business for over 30 years, spending the last 20+ at RE/MAX. I work aggressivley with first time home buyers as well as with families looking for a second or third home. I have extensive experience with not only buyers but with sellers. I am updated on FHA, VA and MFHA programs as well as conventional loans. I have extensive experience with new construction for buyers and sellers.
