OVERVIEW
I have been in the residential real estate industry for over two decades. Although I started with processing mortgage loans, I quickly found a passion for leasing apartments which led to my career as a Southern, New Hampshire REALTOR from 2000 2007. During this time frame, I received multiple Quality Service Awards in addition to the Top Buyer Agent Award for my local office in 2001.From 2007 - 2019, I was the Property Manager for a luxury apartment community known as Wall Street Tower. This Manchester, NH community included 153 hi-rise apartments, a 12,000 square foot penthouse, and two commercial spaces. This position helped to solidify my skills in areas such as marketing, time management, contract negotiation as well as capital improvement planning and implementation. In fact, I was an integral component of a $4.5 million dollar renovation during 2009 - 2010. My overall knowledge, competence and dedication resulted in numerous honors including the nomination for Property Manager of the Year through the National Association of Home Builders in 2012.
Most recently, I've made the decision to return to my previous role in helping others with their housing needs - over and above the rental market. I am a seasoned and motivated real estate professional specializing in bringing value to my clients while keeping integrity at the forefront of my business.
On a more personal note, I have a super soft spot for animals (currently a dog mom of two Golden Retrievers) and I love to be creative with things like DIY projects and seasonal decor.
