As Director of the Commercial Exchange Group Greg specializes in investment property sales and exchanges. His exchange approach includes the property type, location, deal structure, tenant, and real estate pricing to meet the client’s objectives whether they be passive income and/or an increase in cash flow. Greg is a multiple Presidential Elite, Presidential Circle and Diamond Society recipient and has been a top producer for the Sherman Oaks Regional office.
Greg brings over thirty years of commercial real estate experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial. After earning his CPA, Greg held senior positions including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, for national real estate firms focusing on development, syndication and property management. During this time he was involved in acquisitions, syndication structuring, commercial brokerage, and asset management of large multi-family, regional shopping centers, and high-rise office.
