A full time Realtor since 1986, Fay specializes in residential real estate sales and rentals. Her experience and knowledge of the local market has resulted in hundreds of successful transactions and satisfied buyers and sellers, many of them repeat clients. She provides market research, negotiates contracts and enables her buyers and sellers to best meet their real estate goals. Believing strongly in spending enough time with her clients to fully understand their needs, priorities and expectations, and to answer all their questions, Fay has made many new friendships, and now most of her business comes directly from previous customers and their referrals. Fay’s skills include comparing properties with recently sold similar properties to determine a competitive market price, advising her clients on staging homes for optimal results, and suggesting repairs or improvements where appropriate. She promotes the sales of her clients’ properties with all the latest print, e-mail, internet and social media marketing techniques, as well as utilizing her wide professional network. Fay is a longtime member of the National and Miami Associations of Realtors. In addition to her Realtor qualification, she is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). To ensure that she stays current in the rapidly changing Miami real estate market, she spends many hours updating and refreshing her skills and staying current on the rapidly changing real estate landscape and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
