As a first generation native born Rhode Islander, Elizabeth learned the value of hard work, determination, integrity and resiliency from her family whom emigrated to the United States from the Cape Verde Islands in the early 80s. Bearing witness to her parents ability to break through barriers by making their dreams of homeownership a reality, Elizabeth also broke through barriers when she became a homebuyer as well. Such an achievement created a passion to help others turn their dreams of homeownership & real estate investing into reality. With her bachelor's education in Human Development & Family Studies Elizabeth is a firm believer in building relationships based on authenticity, trust, communication, consistency, respect and kindness. This foundation allows Elizabeth to put her clients first, allowing her to properly advocate for & understand her clients needs and desires while getting them to the closing table. With over a decade experience in the financial industry Elizabeth uses her knowledge of credit, lending and exceptional customer service skills to educate and better serve her clients and her community. As a real estate agent, having excellent negotiation skills, understanding the present market, being a self starter with an emphasis on constantly bettering oneself through education & having a positive perspective on life is very important to Elizabeth & a testament to her roots.
