In 2001, Charlene turned a successful sales career and wide-ranging social and philanthropic ties into a successful career in real estate. She was Rookie of the Year for Alain Pinel and has developed an expertise in the neighborhoods of Atherton, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, and Woodside. Charlene is a lifelong Bay Area resident and has lived on the Mid-Peninsula for over 25 years. Charlene owns a home in Menlo Park, and has two children. Her daughter attended The Phillips Brooks School, Castilleja School, and Menlo-Atherton High School and currently attends Southern Methodist University. Her son attended Menlo School, Menlo-Atherton High school, and The University of Pennsylvania, and currently works in San Diego. This personal experience has given her the inside track on both public and private school education in the area. For over two decades, Charlene has been an active participant in local community charitable organizations, including The Cantor Art Museum at Stanford, Children’s Health Counsel, Clara-Mateo Alliance, Shelter Network, The Child and Family Institute, and Junior League. Her roster of clients reflects the unique high-profile demographic of these communities and includes venture capitalists, high-tech executives, investors, developers, doctors, and other prominent business leaders.
