She enjoys spending time with friends, attending her bookclub and film group, going on hikes, baking, taking Zumba and other gym classes and traveling. Karin and her husband live in the Marina del Rey Silver Strand where they enjoy the many facets of beach living.
Karin is a member of the Venice Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Netherlands American Society of Southern California (NAS), a Dutch social club, providing a social environment for persons of Dutch descent or persons who have an active interest in the Netherlands.
