About Viceta

Viceta King-Richardson is an Ohio licensed Realtor specializing in residential real estate.  Her experiences span a myriad of areas to include foreclosures, short sales, first time home buyers, distressed and investment properties.  She has also worked with non-profit organizations seeking to purchase bank owned properties for re-development to improve housing in blighted areas.

To complement her real estate activities, Viceta is Senior Consultant at K R Consultants, LLC -  specializing in estate/tag/moving sales.  Although the population served has primarily been seniors who have lost loved ones or seeking to downsize or move to senior facilities, her services are open to all seeking to liquidate personal property.

Viceta also provides and manages residential homes for individuals who have been discharged from alcohol and/or drug rehabilitation centers.  These services are also extended to homeless and veteran populations.

She has served in the non-profit and for profit entities as Director of Human Resources which has afforded her the opportunity to become proficient in planning, organizing and negotiation skills.
