Because of my past career as a general contractor/Inspector and Realtor I am able to look at the real estate market through different eyes. This and the fact that I possess my Real Estate Broker License in two states, as well as a Residential Builders License, and General Contractors License, it has given me the knowledge and experience to help my customers buy or sell their homes with a feeling of security and confidence. Having over 50 years of real estate marketing experience I have experienced all real estate conditions, both good and bad, and I know what it takes to sell in any market because I have survived them all.
