I have been a licensed Realtor® for numerous years following a colorful progression of careers that included teaching middle school English and managing the office for the company that developed the first prototype battery for the Chevy Volt. Initially a California transplant, I have lived and worked in the Pikes Peak region since 1991, so I have detailed knowledge of the territory, customs, and culture of the area. I use my extensive experience to help my BUYERS understand the market and value of the homes they’re considering by giving my perspective and advice as your agent, which should put you in good position to get a home for as low as possible, while still submitting an offer a seller will consider and hopefully accept. I use my experience to help my SELLERS accurately price and sell their homes and net the most amount of money in the least amount of time. I have received numerous awards in my previous brokerage, and in 2017 and 2018, I was ranked in the top 10% of agents in the area. I am a certified MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), AHWD certified (At Home With Diversity), and C2EX certified (Commitment to Excellence); I am also a member of Women's Council of REALTORS. Over the past 9+ years, I served as a Military Relocation Specialist, Network Affinity Specialist “A” Team, and Cartus Network Certified Agent. My husband, Eric, is a Navy veteran and retired schoolteacher, and in our free time we enjoy working on fix-n-flips, spending time with our grandchildren and vacationing.
