For the past 15 years Tara has helped people realize home ownership by actively helping them acquire mortgages and title through her NJ Title Agent License and experience working for a mortgage company.
Tara has run her own LLC for over 6 years performing refinance and purchase settlements including reverse mortgages. Tara has worked directly with lenders and title companies throughout the country.
Tara has worked with clients such as members to NFCU, Merrill Lynch and many others to take Residential Loan Applications, discuss mortgage programs, and review underwriting conditions.
All of this invaluable experience has allowed Tara to be an authority for her clients throughout their home buying and selling process.
