Hello, I am happy to introduce myself as Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty. As an experienced real estate agent for over 40 years , I can offer my clients services and knowledge in areas of real estate sales and investments, property management and furnished short term leasing. Many of the transactions throughout the years have involved creative financing, exchanges and multi-legged tax deferred exchanges. As a local Southern Californian all my life, I am familiar and involved with the surrounding communities.

During free time I enjoy taking walks and exploring different places. I love to ski and will often take a ride up to the mountains just a couple hours away. The sunsets and sunrises are glorious. The Dana Point Harbor has boating excursions and paddleboarding which add to off time enjoyment.
