I sell in all markets (from $200,000 to $20M) with a specialty in the luxury market ($500k+). I Live/Work/Sell in the East Cobb Community. My daughters graduated (2014/2021) from Walton High School; my 2021 daughter is now a Chemistry Major in College. My son is a 4th Grader. I keep a finger on the pulse of the market at all times; when it comes to pricing a property (including selling costs), marketing a property, negotiating on behalf of Seller, monitoring appraisal & inspections, renegotiating and closing (settlement) a property I use state of the art technology and algorithms to best help me help you get the best price possible. I also develop and implement buying strategies for buyers of residential, commercial real estate sales (new construction/ resale) and land acquisition, through locating qualified properties that meet the need of buyer, help buyer in the selection process by providing objective information about a particular property, negotiating, conduct due diligence on a subject property, help with financing.
