My clients receive a personal service with heart, honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm in all transactions whether buying or selling. There have been many successfully closed transactions, including short sales and working with many Bank-REO Departments and Asset Managers selling their portfolio assets. The Portland Metro Area has been my home since 1964. After graduating from Portland Adventist Academy as a class officer, I went on to attend a private college. Included in my 35 years of continuous real estate experience were seven years in the 1990's with U.S. National Bank as Assistant Vice President and Loan Recovery Officer. I provided a tactful environment in working with customers to maintain positive relations, provided technical advice and training to other loan recovery staff members and continually streamlining department operations to maximize work flow and ensure optimum efficiency. I consistently exceeded performance standards in all functional areas. Giving back to the real estate community is important which is why I joined and volunteered my time with the Women's Council of Realtors - where I was voted in and served as (a) Oregon State Chapter President (b) Oregon State Governor for two years (c) Two times Realtor of the Year at the local and state level.
