I started selling real estate about twenty years ago. I was a little nervous because I never saw myself in a sales position. However, after two decades, I've gained the experience, confidence and know-how to work with just about any buyer or seller. I've also owned and managed rental properties over the years, and I've flipped about a dozen homes during the past two decades. I love working with design, and I love bringing life into homes that have been neglected. Whether your home is worth $75,000 or $750,000, I will treat you the same. I will keep you informed throughout the process and I'll be there for you from start to finish. I don't have an assistant or a big team, I will be your point of contact for the entire process. I limit the amount of clients I work with at one time to better serve you. I also assist with home staging and I help clients make choices to get their homes in top-notch showing condition. I have a lot of experience with investors and investment properties. I love challenges and my favorite deals are the ones that take extra work. Sometimes you have to get creative to get a particular buyer and seller together, and I love making deals happen. I offer a senior citizen discount, and I will not charge buyers any additional fees like many agents do.. I love to shop resale, spend time with family, and I absolutely love dogs. Spencer is my best buddy, and he's a Yorkshire Terrier. I wish I had more dogs, but real estate keeps me busy.
