Let me tell you about my “why,” which strangely enough isn't simply to sell a lot of houses, make tons of money and have happy and satisfied clients (although, these are all goals of mine). Rather, my why is rooted in something I lacked when I was younger; a belief that not only was owning a home a possibility, but that I could also become successful at it. While some people have a clear goal of becoming a homeowner, once that happens, most struggle with developing a plan for Day 2 let alone the next 50+ years. They believe that once they have bought the home and obtained the mortgage, that everything is up to them to manage, moving forward. And, for better or worse, so it goes. I fundamentally disagree with this premise and am challenging it with the “The Art of Homeownership.” So, yes. I want to help you buy or sell a home. But more than that, I want to arm you with a plan and the tools that will help you know if you are in the right mortgage, when to sell or purchase a home, and how to proactively maintain your home at a high level, increasing its value over time; creating generational wealth for you and your family.
