Business Philosophy
My goal as a Coldwell Banker Sales Associate is to provide the highest level of service to my clients throughout their real estate transaction. I offer expert knowledge of current real estate trends, attentive listening and careful attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, creative marketing strategies and utilization of internet based technology. I strive for a stress free real estate experience for my clients, while developing a lifelong trusting relationship.
For some, I serve as their buyers agent first understanding their wants, desires and buying power for a property and its location. Then, as a dedicated housing consultant I will assist clients through the home buying processes in finding their first home or moving into a new home.
For others, I serve as their selling consultant advocating to get their property sold at the highest possible price. To do this, I will inform of the current real estate marketing trends, showcase the value of their home through creating advertising and effectively negotiate and manage the sales process, in order to obtain the best price and terms.

Personal Background
I am a current homeowner and resident of Cranford, Union County for the past 6+ years. Previously, I grew up and resided in both Iselin and then Edison, Middlesex County for more than 40+ years. From my living and owning homes in the areas of Union and Middlesex Counties I can offer my clients my experience and expertise as buyers and sellers seek and sell homes in these areas that I know well and love!
Prior to selling real estate, I had a career working at Chubb & Son Insurance company in their Human Resources Department responsible for various Human Resources Management Consultant assignments in their New York and New Jersey locations for more than 30 years.
My decision to join the real estate industry has given me the opportunity to bring my consultative expertise from my Human Resources career in many real estate transactions with my clients by leading buyers and sellers through what could be a stressful process. As a Real Estate Consultant I take customer service to a new level covering every detail of every transaction and positioning myself in the mind of the buyers and sellers to strive to become the "trusted source" and expert consultant.
