Nicole spent her childhood in St. Petersburgh, FL until her family relocated to Gainesville. She attended the University of Florida and earned a degree in Marketing and later a Masters of Nonprofit Management from UCF. Nicole spent over ten years as a marketing professional in the human services and consulting industries where she specialized in brand management, communications, social media marketing, and content creation which eventually led her to launch her own marketing consultancy. When deciding to pursue a career in real estate, Nicole knew that her extensive marketing and communications background would prove advantageous. Nicole’s creative marketing strategies ensure that her listings stand out from the competition while her natural ability to build relationships is a huge asset in the business of helping people achieve their goal of homeownership.
Nicole met her husband James while living in Gainesville where they had two children, Tyler Lynn and Anthony Lane. Her family relocated to Vero Beach when James was offered an executive chef position at a local country club. Nicole formed a business relationship with Michelle Moss, owner of Florida Coast Staging, and met Scott Reynolds while working on a few staging jobs and a mega open house event for his clients. When Nicole decided to pursue her real estate career, she contacted Scott about joining the team that welcomed her aboard. Loving life on the coast, Nicole’s favorite way to enjoy time off consists of fishing, kayaking, and sunbathing on the beach while brushing up on her Italian.
