There is something about continually striving to be better, to always feel like there is more to be learned, that keeps me motivated and inspired as a real estate professional. It has always been my business practice to serve my clients with compassion, patience and supreme professionalism, and to ensure they feel supported and fully educated in every step along the way. As someone who truly loves and take pride in her work, it is my goal to have my clients walk away from their successful transaction feeling like we had a great time, they could not have done it without me, and they could not have partnered with a better Realtor®!
I began my real estate career in October of 2003, by earning my appraisal license. After two years of apprenticing with a local and established appraiser, I obtained my broker’s license in 2005 and opened up Lotus Real Estate Services, with the desire to branch out on my own. Over the next 7 years, I continued to mainly focus on appraising, while slowly increasing and developing the real estate sales side of my business. In September of 2012, I joined Patterson Realty as a Broker Associate, as I found myself at a point in my career where climbing-on-board a positive, supportive, collaborative and education based team was a no brainer! In 2015 I shifted my business to focus 100% on real estate sales, and most recently have welcomed the transition from Patterson Realty to Compass.
After 16 years of working as a real estate professional, I have found incredible value and priceless tools in the way both appraising and sales cross-compliment each other. When assisting clients buy/sell real estate, my appraisal background gives me crucial understanding and true ability to analyze value, neighborhood trends and comparable sales. When I appraised properties, my sales background gave me the insight to understand what buyers and sellers were looking for, what they were willing to pay/sell for, and how they react to and value features in a property. I am grateful that these two specialties have allowed me to continually improve and evolve my skills, with the ultimate goal of serving my clients even better.
In 2015 I served as the President for the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors®, and was a voting member on the Assessment Appeals Board for SLO County from 2013 - 2019. I was also honored with the Realtor® of the Year award in 2012.
When I’m not working, I love living in Los Osos with my husband and son, spending quality time with close friends and family, practicing yoga, pilates, traveling the world and dancing!
