Monica Bristol brings her experience as an Exceptional Student Education/Math Teacher and Medicaid Waiver Support Coordinator to RE/MAX Crown Realty. Prior to joining the RE/MAX Crown Realty team, she taught middle & high school math to students with exceptional needs for 15 years with SDIRC. As an Educator, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, and proactive. And as a Support Coordinator for the past 7 years, she advocates for, identifies, develops, coordinates and accesses supports and services for individuals with disabilities on the Medicaid Waiver. She possesses years of service as a strong advocate for all her students and clients. As your Realtor, Monica will be an advocate for you! Whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. Monica has been a native of Vero Beach for close to 40 years. She understands the diverse and ever-changing needs of those in our local community. Along with that knowledge she brings her wit, personality and enthusiasm for the business. She graduated from The Florida State University (GO NOLES!) in 2002 with a Bachelor's in Sociology & minor in Business, and in 2006 from Nova Southeastern University with a Master's in Education. Buying her second home last year in Sebastian ignited her long-time interest in the Real Estate market. It was at that time she fully realized how life-changing a Real Estate transaction can be to a client! Shortly thereafter, Monica decided to obtain her license to become an agent, and has since launched her new career with RE/MAX Crown Realty. Monica's passion is giving, and her love and dedication of helping others are her driving forces. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, meeting new people, spending time with her son (Drew) and family, and is quite the foodie!
