My name is Mike Evans; a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. I have been a Texas resident for fifty years with forty four years residing in the suburbs of Houston and the last twenty two of those years residing in the Katy area. I have been married for thirty five years, have two adult children and three grandchildren. We all live in the Katy area and absolutely love the community. Prior to working as a Realtor, my wife and I started and operated a competitive tumbling and cheerleading gym in Katy for seven years which we sold two years ago. Our business success was centered around honesty, integrity and great customer service which allowed our business to grow to over 500 athletes within a couple years of opening our doors. As your Realtor I will operate with the same honesty, integrity and customer service as I expect that you deserve the very best representation whether you are looking to buy, sell or lease any type and/or value of property.
