Michelle - Real Estate Agent

As a native Minnesotan and lover of all things real estate, I have had a long and winding career that has brought me back to where it all began.

First licensed in 1996, I began my journey at Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty in Eagan. I worked initially as an independent agent and after about a year I was tapped by the largest-selling team in the South Metro to run their business. Managing everything from listings and showings, to marketing and design, to closing and follow-up; gave me an incredible opportunity to learn all aspects of running this business.

In 2005, my husband and I transferred to Sandpoint Idaho where I became an Associate Broker and helped to manage and recruit at a Century 21 office. The years I had spent managing the team in MN perfectly positioned me to take on this role.

In 2010, we decided to “move back home”. Upon arriving, I was recruited to work as the Director of Operations for one of the top local brokerages. In addition to managing agents and staff, I was tasked with implementing systems, investigating software, assisting with recruiting and agent training – all while continuing to list and sell residential properties. In 2020 I decided that I wanted to get back to selling and grow my own real estate business. I re-joined Coldwell Banker Realty and couldn’t be happier or more energized.

I currently live in Eagan with my husband and can’t imagine living or working anywhere else. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.
