Michele - Real Estate Agent
Buying and selling a home are pivotal life decisions. My aim as a realtor is to understand the goals and aspirations of my clients and then help carry those out, by providing pertinent market research and working closely with my clients to achieve their real estate goals.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queens College, City University of NY and have been a real estate agent for 20 years. Previous work experience as a loan officer has proved to be valuable in assisting many of my clients. I lived and worked first starting to sell real estate in the fast-growing Hoboken and Hudson County area. Now with my roots in Wayne NJ and surrounding areas, I bring my real estate knowledge together with my new community to best assist my clients. Communities I serve include Hudson County communities of Hoboken and Jersey City; Passaic County communities including Wayne and the surrounding areas.
Because my parents took care of multifamily rental properties and owned several other properties, I have been involved with real estate much of my life. As a precursor to becoming realtor, I had useful experience working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Additionally, I have taken coursework pertaining to the appraisal industry.
I stay abreast of community affairs within my community of Packanack Lake, Wayne and surrounding areas attending town meetings. I have been involved with fundraising for the Wayne schools and school enrichment programs and volunteered as a CCD teacher. Recently, I was president of the Packanack Lake Youth Club group. Currently, I am vice president for Wayne Valley HS project graduation committee for 2021. I have an interest in local politics.
Tell me what you need. I will gather the pertinent information that helps you make the right decisions. Whether I assist a buyer or seller, I want all my clients to have a positive experience working with me.
