Linda has been a Bucks County resident for almost 30 years and she has seen significant changes in the local housing market over that time. While some open spaces have given way to needed housing, her love for beautiful Bucks County remains steadfast. Linda has been a full-time Realtor since 2002 and has enjoyed much success in her profession. Success can be defined by many terms, but for Linda success is customer satisfaction, repeat sales with clients and client referrals. Her goal as a real estate professional is to uphold the ethics of her profession while managing and negotiating all aspects of the home sales transaction. Linda is an active member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. She holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and gets great satisfaction helping the senior community transition into 55+ communities. Linda is married and has 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She volunteers for Caring for Friends, a meal service for the homebound and is a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. In her free time Linda enjoys trail biking, going to concerts, watching her grandson's sports games and traveling.Linda's area of expertise is residential real estate sales in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. She also has a large network of trusted Realtors across the USA and can help with referrals to areas outside of Pennsylvania.
