EDUCATION AND TRAININGShe holds the Realtor designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), which require hundreds of hours of continuing education. Less than 5% of all Realtors hold the CRS designation. She also earned a B.S. in Nursing, a B.A. in Psychology, and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.

BUSINESS PHILOSOPHYWorking in the real estate profession combines all my training and skills. “I love helping people and guiding them through the legal process when they are making the largest investment of their life.” She comes from a large family, has 38 nieces and nephews and 108 great nieces and nephews. She treats clients like family and friends.

AWARDS AND DESIGNATIONSKathy has qualified several times in the Coldwell Banker Agent Awards for production in the Silver and Diamond International Societies. She has been named as a Five Star Realtor by 5280 Magazine in 2013 and 2014.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Kathy Saidy is a native of Colorado and has lived in the Denver Metro Area for over 44 Years. She has been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential for over 18 years. She knows the entire Metro Area very well.

Kathy served as the 2005 President of the Denver Board of Realtors and was selected as the Board’s Realtor of the Year in 2010. She served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Association of Realtors for nine years and as Chair of many committees in both the local and state organizations, including Professional Standards and Government Affairs. Past careers include working as a civilian for the Air Force at the USAFA and in Germany. She was the Executive Director for a medical association for four years. She also has a vast knowledge of the legislative process since she was a Lobbyist in Colorado for 24 years, representing health care, health insurance, teachers, and homeowner associations in Colorado. Kathy served in leadership positions on numerous community boards such as the American Cancer Society, Arapahoe Mental Health Center, and her Homeowner Associations. She is active in her church and a choir member. She has served as a mentor in the Making Choices Program for 12 years, which teaches offenders at the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility to assess situations and act in a logical fashion. Graduates of the program maintain an 8% vs. 59% recidivism rate.
