Kizzie - Real Estate Agent

Kizzie Smalls was born and raised in the beautiful state of South Carolina, where home is where your heart is. She has been in the real estate industry since 2010. She started her career as a property manager in the affordable housing sector. It was during this time that she saw an opportunity to help others receive their dreams of home ownership. Using the supportive services provided by the property owners to the tenants, she was able to bring in volunteers to help tenants with credit repairs, opportunities to go back to school, resume workshops and many other tools to help towards making home ownership a reality.

Kizzie is currently employed at SC Housing (SCSHFDA), as a compliance monitoring officer, in which she conducts physical inspections and file audits on multi-family properties. She is also a certified professional real estate agent to help her clients understand the financing and homebuyer programs that SC Housing offers. She is also a member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association, in which as a member of the CCRA they are committed to providing honest, ethical, and competent service.
