Kathy - Real Estate Agent

Kathleen has been in the real estate industry since 1983, having worked in title, closing and mortgage, and licensed as a Realtor since 1997. She teamed with her husband Clare to own and manage a Coldwell Banker franchise in the northern suburbs and rural metro area. They are now pleased to be with Coldwell Banker Realty to serve their clients with a vast array of marketing and technology tools.

Kathleen and Clare have experience working with buyers and sellers of all types, whether in-town or country, small lots or large country acreage farms. They can assist in any type of residential property within the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, as well as outstate, with confidence. They have personal experience with their own investment properties, whether single family, townhome or vacant land and are able to work through any challenging transaction.

Kathleen spends her spare time volunteering and is currently on the board of the Lakes Center for Youth Families in Forest Lake, as well as Tapestries of Life Ministries in Fabens, TX. She enjoys music performance, reading, cooking and outdoor sports.
