Joseph - Real Estate Agent
As a former executive bodyguard, mixed martial arts and wrestling coach, Joseph Cordi has a strong desire to protect people and fight for their best interests. These skills suit him well in his role as a residential and commercial real estate agent in the Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Armed with his expertise in negotiation, pricing strategies and market analysis, Joseph stands up for his clients and makes sure they get the best deal possible. His fields of study in business and theater at California State University at Long Beach helped give him the perfect combination of communication and business acumen.
Joseph grew up in the real estate business. His father was a broker and developer, so he gained exposure early on to blueprints, permits, contracts, open houses and all things related to real estate. As a general contractor, he spent over 15 years working on both residential and commercial construction contracts, which gave him extensive knowledge of the value and costs for remodels, as well as the intricacies of home inspections and the strengths and weaknesses of any property. It was natural that he gravitated back toward the real estate market after his many and varied experiences, earning his real estate license in 2014. He loves the industry and feels at home in it.
Along with Joseph’s compelling need to protect people, he is known for his loyalty, fairness, sense of humor and big heart – qualities taught to him by the strong Sicilian women who raised him. He dotes on both his daughter Gianna and his furry blue heeler, Grace.
Joseph serves all types of clients in a wide variety of locations and has quickly proven himself as an award-winning top producer, with $4.8 million in sales for January 2019 alone. But it’s his love of helping people find the home of their dreams and achieve their goals that really drives him. When all is said and done, he wants people to know that “Joseph fought for me!”
