Jillian is a Rowayton native (Norwalk public school alumna - Rowayton Elementary to Brien McMahon High School Valedictorian), and very proud to return to town to join the Beinfield Collective with lifelong friends.
Jillian is an accomplished residential and commercial property manager with large scale renovation experience. Her expertise involving capital improvements, lease administration, financial management, and legal and operational compliance, enhance the revenue and profitability of her property portfolio. Jillian’s background is in finance, where she spent 15 years as a marketing coordinator, investor liaison and trading desk associate at hedge funds and consulting firms. Areas of interest include tech, media and event driven merger arbitrage.
Jillian volunteers for the Westport Farmers Market on a weekly basis, a 501c organization founded by the late Paul Newman, and is a co-founder of Nit Noi Provisions in South Norwalk, a local favorite. Jillian graduated from the University of Southern California, spent 15 years in NYC and currently resides back in Rowayton with her husband, North, and 2 toddlers. Jillian and North moved to Westport while shopping for their Rowayton home and (for longer than expected) while renovating a townhouse in Chelsea. North’s parents live in Saugatuck Shores, Westport, and they consider Westport a second home.
