Real estate is about helping each and every client find their way home. Jill Burke has three children of her own, so she understands the desire to find a place to create memories in. However, the path to find that place can be filled with challenges and complications. Jill works with her clients to minimize those challenges and make the home buying process as simple as possible. Throughout her real estate career, Jill Burke has worked with a variety of clients, from newlyweds, first time buyers, families and seniors, and for each of her clients she has provided them with an individualized, efficient experience. Jill is a positive and eager agent, who is willing to use her technical, negotiating, and marketing skills to fight for her clients. Her education, experience, and passion for the business all contribute to helping clients find not only the right house, but the right home. Originally from Rhode Island, Jill initially learned about real estate from her mother, a seasoned agent with over 25 years of experience. Jill attended the University of Rhode Island for her undergraduate degree and received an MBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts. From there, she honed her business and negotiation skills while working for the global technology powerhouses such as WorldCom, UUNET, and Sprint. Through these professions, Jill learned the importance of building relationships and communicating with clients. Aside from the professional setting, Jill also had first-hand experience with her own real estate transactions. Having recently developed 2 properties in Nantucket, MA, she has an eye for critical selling features that will catch the eyes of serious buyers. The knowledge and skills Jill acquired from working in this environment prepared her for taking on the fast-moving, competitive real-estate industry. When Jill is not selling houses, she is getting involved with the community. Whether it is cheering on her children on the sidelines of their lacrosse games, or hitting the tennis court with friends, Jill likes to keep active. And with a new puppy, Millie, in the mix, she has been able to do just that. Jill is also an avid New England Patriots and Washington Capitals fan, and loves spending game day with the family!
