Personal Background:Helene was born and raised in Sweden and came to the United States in 1965. She has resided in Burlingame since 1966. Helene is married to Antonio and is the mother of two adult sons, Michael and Eric. Helene is very active in the community and she helped start the first women's soccer team in Burlingame "The Goal Diggers".
