Gregg Wagner - Seller Agent

Gregg B. Wagner was announced as Regional Vice President and Director of New Homes and Land for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, New England Properties in January of 2018. In his role, he is responsible for the oversight of approximately 25 offices, in eastern Connecticut and western Rhode Island. Additionally, he supports the agent base throughout the metro footprint (NY,CT,RI) on land and new construction feasibility, pricing, training and marketing. In his 30 plus years in the real estate industry, Wagner has served in various roles, including as a sales associate, residential and commercial brokerage operations manager, along with senior roles with multiple real estate brands. He has in depth experience in land acquisition and entitlement, project development, along with investment research and valuation. Throughout his career, Wagner has gained expertise in marketing luxury properties in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida’s west coast. Gregg attended Greenwich High School, Drew University, and the University of Lund, in Lund Sweden. He continues to be a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, South Carolina and Massachusetts. He is married to Susan, an agent in the Madison, Office.
